Who we help

Hip Impingement / Groin Pain

In this section you will find any injury relating to the hip and groin area which we have treated. In our experience, we have seen a reocurring theme of previous upper limb injuries leading to a dysfunction in the thoracic rotation during the walking or running gait.

Car Crash – Onset Injuries

Often times, weeks or months after a car crash, people will experience a range of issues. In this section you will see how we have fixed many injuries ranging from severe migraines to neck and back pain. Some go back as far as 20 years.

Autoimmune Disease

Autoimmune disease are conditions in which the immune system attacks healthy cells in the body.

Autoimmune conditions can develop over a long period of time, and likewise, it can take a long time for some to finally have a better standard of living and management of symptoms. We have created a long-term programme for clients with autoimmune diseases to help them progress and become equipped to manage the condition and contribute to a better quality of life.

Back Pain / Spinal Injury

In this section you will find a variety of clients who have had MRI’s to show injuries such as bulging discs, spinal stenosis and various spinal compression symptoms. Many have tried various steroid injections or even surgery which have resulted in no real immediate or long term improvement.

Osteitis Pubis

Osteitis pubis is one of the most common injuries seen in athletes and generally consists of a rehabilitation process which lasts a couple of months. It is medically described as ‘inflammation of the pubic bone.’ In this section, you will see rapid success due to the methods we use in our clinic.

Sciatica / Restless Legs

Sciatica is described as a nerve impingement or burning sensation running down the leg from the sacroiliac joint. Some people can experience pain in one leg only, and others can experience a “restless legs” sensation which becomes worse when sitting for a long period of time.
