What is plyometrics?
Plyometrics is commonly known as jump training. It originated from Soviet high jumpers in the 1970’s who done a clean sweep in the Olympics.
How plyometrics works is that we trick our nervous system to believe that the body is heavier than it, therefore needs much more force to perform movements such as running and jumping. A very simple analogy is if I jump off a box while weighing 10 stone directly onto a weighing scale it would read for a split second that I weigh 20 stone. So upon a rebound jump in as fast a time possible I am tricking my body into thinking it’s 20 stone, with this method and the correct program and recovery time in place results are inevitable. However when done wrong it can have negative & dangerous effects. The science behind it shows a huge emphasis on correct recovery, amount of jumps and types of jumps to reap the rewards. So when you purchase this program it allows me to pass on all my knowledge in a structured easy to follow format with video tutorials, results are guaranteed.
