Ultimate GAA Off Season Programme

Before the last lockdown, I had spent ages developing an 𝗢𝗳𝗳-𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗔𝗔 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿𝘀 to ensure they would be firing on all cylinders when the season starts.

I decided with all the uncertainty around not to release it back then.

Instead of just leaving it on the backburner, I got to work improving it… focusing on the essential components that any player would need to develop their 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿.

This isn’t a six-week programme that you complete half-heartedly and
it isn’t a transformation that will be no use to once you complete it.

This 𝗢𝗳𝗳-𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗔𝗔 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 is designed to get you in the best possible shape when the GAA Season finally starts but it’s also an education to show you how to continually change, evolve and develop your training, depending on your needs throughout the season.

You will learn how to plan your personal training for the full year to achieve the goals you’ve set for yourself.

You will also get a red resistance band, a pair of black resistance bands and a parachute
